Get ready for an electrifying New Year's Eve as Inhaler is set to headline the Countdown Concert at Dublin Castle this year as part of New Year’s Festival Dublin.

The show follows a spectacular year for Inhaler, who released their critically acclaimed third album, Open Wide, in February. The album debuted at number two on the Official UK charts and soared to the number one spot on the Official Irish Albums Chart. The band also played their biggest Dublin headline show to date earlier this year at St. Anne's Park.

Ring in 2026 in style as New Year's Festival Dublin, Ireland’s biggest New Year celebration, has announced its highly anticipated return! Developed by Fáilte Ireland in partnership with the Office of Public Works, the festival promises three days of festivities across Dublin, running from December 30, 2025, through January 1, 2026. Subject to licence.

It is designed to showcase Ireland’s vibrant culture and live entertainment offering during the shoulder season, while playing a vital role in driving footfall into the city, supporting local businesses, and enhancing Dublin’s reputation as a world-class destination for visitors.

The Castle itself presents a unique setting to showcase the star-studded line-up of Irish bands and musicians celebrating the lead up to 2026.”

General tickets priced €59.90 go on sale Wednesday 10th September 2025 at 10am from ticketmaster.ie.

NYF Dublin Fireworks Spectacular will return following its debut last year, and promises to be more spectacular than ever, with dazzling firework displays lighting up the sky in two locations across Dublin, Howth Harbour and Dun Laoghaire Harbour, in partnership with Fingal County Council and Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council (subject to license).
